I was playing someone last night with a Ho-Oh secret wonders, and he used a Magmortar Lvl. X to burn the Ho-oh. Now, for Phoenix Turn, the card text says that you can only use it during my opponent's turn, and Ho-Oh was knocked out from burn in-between turns. I'm just making sure that I wouldn't be able to flip for Phoenix Turn in-between turns, and can only do so during my opponent's turn. Thanks for your help in advance.
