Holo POP9 Rotom now at Target!

I went to Target a few hours ago and found a blister pack that had a holo Rotom from POP9. It comes with a POP8 pack, a Rising Rivals pack, holo POP9 Rotom, and a coin for $4.99. This Rotom is different in that it has a foil pattern similar to the Rotoms in RR, except that the foil is in the picture like a regular holo card.
