Expert Belt states: "The Pokemon this card is attached to gets +20 HP and that Pokemon's attacks do 20 more damage to your opponent's Active Pokemon (before applying Weakness and REsistance) When the Pokemon this card is attached to is Knocked Out, your opponenet takes 1 more prize card."
The way the Cards are worded sounds to me like Murkrow could use Honchkrow's attacks for 20 more damage if Honchkrow had Expert Belt attached (Assuming Honchkrow had the necessary energy). Would Murkrow attack for +20 Damage if Honchkrow has Expert Belt attached?
