How could Dragonite know Extremespeed?

In Pokémon Stadium 2, there is a Dragonite that knew Extremespeed. The thing I can't find out is how it could know that attack. Does anybody know how Dragonite was capable of knowing Extremespeed?

umm he's a 1337 ]-[4><0|2 and he haxed into stadium 2 and did whatever he wanted..... yeah, thats exaxctly how he has it ... yep

I meant a Dragonite used by a computer-controlled Trainer in the game. There's a Dragonite in the PokéCup Master Ball tournament and another one in the Prime Cup. Both know Extremespeed. What I don't get is how that is possible.

Only way I know is through Crystal from the Dragon Den in Blackthorn City... answer three questions right and you get a level 15 Dratini with Extremespeed, if you answered wrong, you get a Dratini without Extremespeed...

You know it's a computer pokemon right?
Then it could know Explosion if it wanted to...
All you have to do is program it...
The programmers programmed it to have Extremespeed...
It's that simple...

True, but I'd think that they'd usually stick to Pokemon Movesets that it's possible to get, and since Shinji Ikari just said that it was possible, then it all makes sense.

Makes sense, but unless I'm mistaken, I'm assuming that there's no TM for it, and it doesn't learn it...right?
That's why it would be an oddity for one to know it. Odd, but possible to obtain and to actually do.

But is the 16 hours straight? Or is that 16 clock hours factoring in going back a day when passing the international date line? ;)

 j/k

But yeah you get a Dratini with extremespeed in Crystal. That's how you get extremespeed (what does that attack do anyway? I've never used it)

Stadium 2 was really good about throwing suprise attacks your way. I remember getting frustrated at a Tyranitar that knew T-bolt. Then I decided I wanted mine to know T-bolt... though this was before the release of Crystal, and like Extreme Speed Drago, impossible.... There are also some attacks on Collesium (sp?) that are currently unatainble that the PC uses...

Fun fact is that Stadium 2 is really schizophrenic with the Crystal move sets. It doesn't like your Dizzy Punching Raichu, for example.

Also wait for R/G before saying that some moves are unattainable for Coli.

Note I said currently unavailble... though I guess technically they are if you went out and got the Japanese version like I did....

Man could you imagine extreme speed on Zangoose, Swords dance 2 times, then BANG! But I wonder if nintendo will make extremespeed breedable on Dratini?

80 base power plus STAB = 120 base power, which always hits first because it's Extremespeed. Stick a Choice Band on there even and you'd just win.

You can't breed Extremespeed off of Arcanine (except onto baby Growlithes), so making it breedable off of Dratini wouldn't make any sense at all.
