how do i set up an ac for pokegym labs

Hi All
now sure if this is the correct place to post this or not, please move or delete if its not,
I want to set up an account on pokegym labs so i can use this for my players to see their pairings via the app and online,
But when i try to look at how to do this it is asking for a pokegym labs password/username which seems to be different to the one i use on here.
any help would be greatly appreciated as i want to get a head start if we get regionals or cities this season.

The PokeGym Labs system is only open to PTO's that run States and higher events. If you are part of that grouping, contact bulbasnore via PM to get the proper permissions.
