Well, how do I? Every time I go to change my avatar, it only lets me choose other peoples custom avatars and random other ones. Andminastrators? Anybody?
unless they hold another event like they did in 2009 [if I recall right], it's the choices you've mentioned.....but I'm not a mod or an admin so I cannot say with one-hundred percent certainty....
