How does Ditto DNA work with Palkia restructure?

If my opponent has Ditto active with say 70 damage on it against my Gardevoir with 110 HP. I have Palkia and use the Restructure power. If my opponent brings up a pokemon with 70 or less HP before I bring up a different pokemon, would the Ditto be KO'd?

You would resolve both switches first.
While the game actions in real time are done one after the other, in game time, they take place instantaneously.
Now, as the question is asked, Ditto is going to be KO'd on the bench.
Maybe you meant to have an Expert Belt on it?
