How in the world do you tell what set a card is from?

The title says it all I cannot tell what set a card is from I see the symbol that tells you but I don't know what is what set.


Any help would be appreciated

The symbol at the bottom right corner of the card.


If you know the symbols then you know the set.

Just go to the pokegym researching tower. You can find them all there.
