how many Blend in a deck

The question is mainly about the name of blend energy. Since both are named Blend Energy, but one has :grass::fire:sychic::dark: and the other has :water::lightning::fighting::metal: near the name. is it part of the name or not. So can a deck list have only four Blend Energy? Or do they have different names meaning you may have 8 Blend four of each?

Those are two different cards.
You can use initials to distinguish them on your decklist.
For example, Blend Energy GRPD or Blend Energy WLFM
