how rare are EX cards?

haven't bought any EX cards....how rare are the "EX" ones compared to foils/rares? thanks

It varies from set to set. Currently, there are is one EX in every 12 packs.

Sandstorm and Dragon were 1/6 boosters. TA/TM went to about 1/9. HL is 1/12. RS was originally (1st printing) 1/3 and later changed to 1/6, like Sandstorm and Dragon.

These are the average ratios for the booster boxes I purchased/earned, and I purchased/earned about 6-12 boxes for each set. (earned = staff support)
