Well, for e-reader cards in general, there are a couple of promo cards that had limited distribution and some "Sample" cards that were made by Nintendo in violation of their contract with WotC and those have some great value.
But this is a card from one of the sets that had those cards.
It is Aquapolis, set number 96/147 and is a Common
Those sets have a higher rarity than most other Pokemon sets because those were the lowest selling sets that Pokemon had. It was when WotC support was dropping and Pokemon hadn't taken direct control over the game yet.
As such, they are more valuable than most equivalent cards, but it is still just a Common and so about a $1.00.
Which is pretty high for a Common, actually.
