How to get rid of Team Flare tool cards

The new cards, Jamming Net and Head Ringer (Phantom Forces #98 and #97) say:
"Attach a Pokémon Tool F to 1 of your opponent's Pokémon-EX that doesn't already have a Pokémon Tool attached to it. If that Pokémon is Knocked Out, discard this card. Return this card to the original owner's discard pile if it is ever removed."

What are all the ways they can be removed? (I'll add your responses periodically)

Trainers (Expanded Format Only):
  • Tool Scrapper (Dragons Exalted #115): "Choose up to 2 Pokémon Tool cards attached to Pokémon in play (both yours and your opponent's) and discard them."
Trainers (2015 Standard Format):
  • AZ (Phantom Forces #91): "Put 1 of your Pokemon into your hand. (Discard all cards attached to that Pokemon)."
  • Cassius (XY #115): "Shuffle 1 of your Pokémon and all cards attached to it into your deck."
  • Scoop Up Cyclone (Plasma Blast #95): "Put 1 of your Pokémon and all cards attached to it into your hand."
  • Startling Megaphone (Flashfire #97) [Must be played by your opponent!]: "Discard all Pokémon Tool cards attached to each of your opponent's Pokémon."
  • Super Scoop Up (Furious Fists #100): "Flip a coin. If heads, put 1 of your Pokémon and all cards attached to it into your hand."
  • Tool Retriever (Furious Fists #101): "Choose up to 2 Pokémon Tool cards attached to your Pokémon and put them into your hand."
  • Xerosic (Phantom Forces #110): "Choose a Pokemon Tool or Special Energy card attached to a Pokemon in play (yours or your opponent's) and discard it."
Pokemon:
  • Masquerain (Plasma Blast #2): Ability - Tool Reversal "As often as you like during your turn (before your attack), you may put a Pokémon Tool card attached to 1 of your Pokémon into your hand."

Please post any other trainers and any attacks or abilities...

Startling Megaphone can't remove tools from your own pokémon. While it does meet your criteria, capability of removing Flare tools, its utility for that purpose is rather limited.

Aside from the ones you've mentioned, the only card that comes to mind is Masquerain PLB.

If you use Masquerain or Tool Retriever, would the card return to your hand, so you could play it on your opponent, or return to your opponent's hand as it is their card? From the card text, it appears it would return to your hand, which could lead to accidentally having someone else's card in your deck due to an N or similar, and possibly a marked cards situation from different players having different sleeves.

EDIT: lol Never mind. Don't mind me...

Anyway, Xerosic is an option and Tool Scrapper in Expanded.

It would be discarded. First, it would be "returned" to the opponent's hand, then the "when this card is removed for any reason" clause on the card would trigger and put it in the owner's discard pile.
