The new cards, Jamming Net and Head Ringer (Phantom Forces #98 and #97) say:
"Attach a Pokémon Tool F to 1 of your opponent's Pokémon-EX that doesn't already have a Pokémon Tool attached to it. If that Pokémon is Knocked Out, discard this card. Return this card to the original owner's discard pile if it is ever removed."

- Tool Scrapper (Dragons Exalted #115): "Choose up to 2 Pokémon Tool cards attached to Pokémon in play (both yours and your opponent's) and discard them."
- AZ (Phantom Forces #91): "Put 1 of your Pokemon into your hand. (Discard all cards attached to that Pokemon)."
- Cassius (XY #115): "Shuffle 1 of your Pokémon and all cards attached to it into your deck."
- Scoop Up Cyclone (Plasma Blast #95): "Put 1 of your Pokémon and all cards attached to it into your hand."
- Startling Megaphone (Flashfire #97) [Must be played by your opponent!]: "Discard all Pokémon Tool cards attached to each of your opponent's Pokémon."
- Super Scoop Up (Furious Fists #100): "Flip a coin. If heads, put 1 of your Pokémon and all cards attached to it into your hand."
- Tool Retriever (Furious Fists #101): "Choose up to 2 Pokémon Tool cards attached to your Pokémon and put them into your hand."
- Xerosic (Phantom Forces #110): "Choose a Pokemon Tool or Special Energy card attached to a Pokemon in play (yours or your opponent's) and discard it."
- Masquerain (Plasma Blast #2): Ability - Tool Reversal "As often as you like during your turn (before your attack), you may put a Pokémon Tool card attached to 1 of your Pokémon into your hand."
