Hello all. I recently checked my Play Point amount for last season. No Play Points, even though I went to a few Prereleases, Regionals, States and a Cities. I top cut the Cities, from which I gained Championship Points. It shows I have Championship Point, but it says I have no Play Points. Anyone else have this problem? I would get Player Rewards if it had registered my Play Points. What is the easiest way to resolve this? It is pretty clear that I went to events. It even show that I went to States, Cities, Regionals and three Prereleases when I look under events I attended for the season. But yet it shows I have no Play Points. I wanted to post this here to encourage everyone to check their accounts to make sure they have their Play Points and see if there is any way to fix this.

Kinda have a similar thing happening to me. I am opted into the rankings and the last two tournaments I have gone too have been messed up (wrong number of championship points from a states) and then I went to a regionals in Georgia a few weeks ago and finished in the top 16. But after all this time (almost a month) the tournament is not even on my play pokemon profile. Therefore I am missing the championship points and play points from that event. I have never had a problem with these kinds of things before. But it happening twice in a row is bad because these are big tournaments that I went too that cost money. And are very influential to me getting my worlds invite.
