Well, im from argentina, and i cant afford to buy cards on my country (here they are soo overpriced), also i cant buy them and ship them, because the ship fee is expensive, and they usually got stolen on our port.
I need to know if there is some webpage, that can give me only codes for single cards when you buy it and not the card itself for using.
Other thing i would want to know is, are there any theme deck that excels or is better than the other?, i know that theme dekcs are bad but some of them could have "better" cards on it or a base for a cool deck on it, and on ptcgo there are themed tournaments.
