I know on nick.com they have virtual cards for which users can put in buy prices for cards they want and sell prices for cards they want to sell. When a buying and sellers price matches, the transaction is made. Ever since I first saw that on the nick.com site, I wished there was something similar for real stuff.
Nothing like this exists to know my knowledge.
