If winning wasn't an issue, who would you vote for, and why?

This is close to a poll, but it's not! Honest!

In other words, I'm saying 3rd party candidates are included.

I'm hung up between Bush and Badnarik. I disagree with Bush on some issues, but I feel he's stronger on defense than Badnarik. However, Badnarik appeals to me on many more levels than Bush... so yeah.

Winning IS an issue, so you should vote for who you feel would best represent YOU. Not who you "think will win". If everyone keeps that mentality(the one that third party votes are a waste), third parties will never be elected. Anywho, /end rant. You know my opinion on this, Badnarick for life
 
I vote for, uh, whatever party is similar to our Marxist-Leninist party. Communism is a great idea, just ruined by people. Not to hijack the thread, this is just my opinion and all.

Meh, there is prolly an extremist socialist party out there. But then again, canada is pretty socialist itself, but not to the degree that you seem to favor.
 
I'm not as much of a socialist as I come off to be, really. It's just that true communism, in the way that human nature prevents it from being, would basically abolish poverty and war by being implemented.

Of course, the socialist parties sure as heck aren't going to put true communism into place even if they had the power to instill socialism, so really the best I can do is vote for whoever would, in an ideal world where politicians followed the political ideals of their parties, be the best candidate.
