Pokemon: 25

4 Shuppet (PT)
1 Bannet (PT)
4 Unown R
2 Uxies (Don't have Uxie level X so don't mention it :/) (LA)
2 Dunsparce (PT) Great to attack Garchomp C
1 Regice LA (Needed to get away spiritombs towards my benefit of using trainers)
1 Azelf (LA)
2 Skunktank (PT) Why not? if your going to poison them and then just fade out with shuppet not affecting it at all
3 Crobat G (Flash Bite for more damage)
Unown Q (Free retreat cost is nice for Mr.Mime or uxie or azelf

Trainers: 31
4 Pokedex (PT)
3 Pokemon Collector
3 Expert Belts
4 Plus Powers
3 Pokemon Communications
2 Bebe's Search
2 Black Belt (Great to do some serious damage if I am losing)
4 Mismias Valley (Good thing to play if using shuppet if running skunktank)
4 Poke-Turn
2 Twins

Energy: 4

4 :psychic:

Strategy: Attack lethally with shuppet while Mr.mime is holding damage from gyrados, forcing it to retreat to someone else to get knocked out. Dunsparce is used as a back up attacker as to donk a gyrados.

Any help is needed, if there are a few cards I missed, sorry its around 12 am, brain is tired.

Suggestions are appreciated!

Mr.mime is okay, easy to get around though
I'd try Shedinja SV at least once

I don't think snowpoint is a good play, as they should never hit Shuppet/Dunsparce cause it goes back to hand.

Definitely need to max poketurn.

If you need a stadium, Try Pokemon Contest hall, Could let you get a shuppet on bench with an expert belt with a coin flip.

You could try Buck Training. I think max collectors is needed In donks.
You need Super Scoop Up or Seeker to max Uxie use, or maybe a 3rd uxie, you could make it, Uxie/Shuppet/dunspace donk.

Yeah, seriously don't bother with Mr Mime SV. Gyarados players will just Rescue a Karp (if they need to), drop Crobat G, and OHKO it.

Max Poke Turns and put in a Banette just in case you run into Mewtwo X

DoomScizor - I like your opinion of maxing the poketurns to hit harder on my opponents, but pokemon contest hall could seriously help my opponent easily. Don't want that happening :/ I have to think on Shedinja SV, dialga could be a issue against it and don't want it actually to be one so might pass on that.

Baby Mario - Took away Mr.Mime, you were sure there, I threw in a Bannette for the purpose you mentioned.

EDITED

Now, what could be a good stall against my opponents?

Shuppet can be interesting in the current format, but unfortunately it has been announced on pokebeach.com that the official text of PlusPower has been changed. Now, you no longer attach it to your pokemon, and therefore get it back with Fade Out, but now you have to discard it and it only works the turn you play it :/

Plus Power: Plus Power's effect has changed so that on the turn it's used, (all of) your Pokemons’ attacks do an additional 10 damage. Unlike before, you can't choose the Pokemon you use it on. Also, you no longer attach it to a Pokemon when it's used, you immediately discard it. Use this new effect for all Plus Powers from the LEGEND series and earlier.

Plus Power: During this turn, your Pokemons' attacks do an additional 10 damage to any Active Pokemon.

Wait . . .

That is an UNOFFICIAL translation of rules for Japan's HGSS-on format. Pokebeach doesn't 'announce' anything. It's a news/fansite. If Pokemon had something to 'announce' they would use their own site to do it.

Don't go telling the OP the rule changes apply 'now' because they don't.

You have no idea when/if these rules are applying outside of Japan, so stop spreading misleading info and let the guy play Shuppet until we get an OFFICIAL change.

I ran Shuppet in the CCs last year and won both of them. I only had 2 Shuppet, and it was before Dunsparce was released.
Yeah, Rosanne's was in format at that time... but Maybe Cyrus's Conspiracy would help (grabs you a supporter, a poketurn, and an energy if you need) that's what I'm doing to mine.

naw, 2 is all you need. I have 1 dunsparce in mine too. You have so much searching and drawing power it doesn't matter. You could also put RR Jirachi in, run 4 twins, and when it's knocked out, Final Wish for a Twins, then play next turn since you're a prize down. that and Black Belt, if you're already semi-set up.

another suggestion is to switch 1 of the psychic energy for a Rainbow Energy and tech in Blaziken FB (not the lv.X if you must)
if they have out a Vileplume, you're done for. Luring flame that sucker as soon as you can.

There are a LOT of options for Shuppet in the current format, I've just been too busy working with my SP/Moonlight Fang deck to focus a ton of attention on it.
