These three card ideas that reflect this great American voice that has graced our lives.

Rod's Whismur
40 HP {C}
Basic Pokémon

Poké-POWER "Come on Down!"
When you play Rod's Whismur from your hand and your Bench is not full, search your deck for 3 Basic Pokémon. Your opponent then chooses 1 of those Pokémon (your opponent may not look at them). Place the card your opponent chose onto your Bench, and shuffle the other 2 cards back into your deck.
{C}{C} Vocal Boom Your opponent flips 3 coins. For each tails, place 1 "A New Car!" counter on the Defending Pokémon. This attack does 10 damage plus 20 more damage for each "A New Car!" counter on the Defending Pokémon. Then, remove all "A New Car!" counters from play. 10+

Weakness: {F}
Resistance: none
Retreat Cost: {C}

Rod's Loudred
70 HP {C}
Stage 1 Pokémon (Evolves from Rod's Whismur)

Poké-POWER "Come on Down!"
When you play Rod's Loudred from your hand and your Bench is not full, search your deck for 3 Basic Pokémon. Your opponent then chooses 1 of those Pokémon (your opponent may not look at them). Place the card your opponent chose onto your Bench, and shuffle the other 2 cards back into your deck.
{C}{C}{C} Call Prizes For each of your opponent's remaining facedown Prize cards, choose 1 of them and determine whether that Prize is a Pokémon card (Baby Pokémon, Basic Pokémon, Evolution card), a Trainer card, or an Energy card. Your opponent turns that card faceup. For each correct guess, this attack does 10 damage to each Defending Pokémon and that card remains faceup as long as it remains in play. For each incorrect guess, your opponent shuffles that card into his or her deck and places a new Prize card facedown.

Weakness: {F}
Resistance: none
Retreat Cost: {C}{C}

Rod's Exploud
90 HP {C}
Stage 2 Pokémon (Evolves from Rod's Loudred)

Poké-POWER "Come on Down!"
When you play Rod's Exploud from your hand and your Bench is not full, search your deck for 3 Basic Pokémon. Your opponent then chooses 1 of those Pokémon (your opponent may not look at them). Place the card your opponent chose onto your Bench, and shuffle the other 2 cards back into your deck.
{C}{C}{C}{C} National Gaze Place a Rod Roddy counter and a damage counter on each Pokémon in play that doesn't have Rod in its name. At the end of your next turn, remove all Rod Roddy counters from play. As long as Rod Roddy counters are in play, a Pokémon with a Rod Roddy counter cannot attack, retreat, use a Poké-POWER, use a Poké-BODY, use the effects of a Trainer card, or have an Energy card attached to it.

Weakness: {F}
Resistance: none
Retreat Cost: {C}{C}{C}

Note that each of them has the "Come on Down!" Poké-POWER. This was because Rod typically yelled that phrase nine times in a typical episode of The Price is Right. The counters mentioned in the Vocal Boom attack mention a phrase a contestant wanted to hear from Rod. Cars weren't the only prizes Rod knew how to announce, though, and the Call Prizes attack reflects that. As for National Gaze, there is probably very few in the nation that hasn't heard this great American's voice, and stunning nearly every Pokémon in play just goes to show what big audience got to hear Rod every weekday.

Also, if these cards are scanned into the e-Reader, when the Pokémon data comes up, a saying of Rod's'll come through the speaker. You'll hear "Come on down!" if you scan Rod's Whismur, "It's time to Press Your Luck" if you scan Rod's Loudred, or "A new car!" if you scan Rod's Exploud.
