Ineternational players/cards

Since people from around the world are going to worlds...How will the game be affected by Diffrent language cards??or even countries that are like....1-2 sets behind us?

Players will be responsible for knowing and explaining what a non-local language card does. However, I'm assuming a judge will be able to give an accurate translation to inquirying minds.

I don't believe any countries are "behind" North America. We're all behind Japan on sets and they will be forced to use cards that are legal in our Modified format.

France is behind us
unless they released 3 sets since Gym Challenge
because they were still at SandStorm when they had their National Championships (which was around the same time)
