Installing Help

I've installed, uninstalled, and reinstalled PTCGO four times now, and need help. Whenever I log in, I can view maybe one screen for 6-7 seconds at the most, when suddenly the screen turns completely black, except for the mouse, which simply flashes. I can still move the mouse around, but can't do anything else except close out the window with ALT-F4.

Can anyone help me with this? Is it a general problem that I'm not aware of? I'd really like to start doing PTCGO, but at this point I'm about ready to give up.

I think you need a better video card

I wouldn't go that drastic as a first step.

Start by cleaning out your computer with CCleaner, virus, and spyware cleaners.

Next, update the drivers on everything inside the computer.

If that doesn't work, then yeah, might be time for a new vid card.

no problem.. my brother had the same problem while playing WoW, make sure you have a good power supply to support your new video card as well. (especially those high ends that requires power)
