Interesting tech/disruption card

Here's a card I think might make an interesting disruption card, that can help you while disrupting your opponents setup/recovery.

Mewtwo - hp100 -

Basic

Ability: Mind Shuffle
At the start of your turn (before you draw) you may use this ability. Both you and your opponent shuffle your hand into your deck and draw 6 cards

Phychic Blast 100 sychic:sychic::colorless:
Discard 2 energy cards attached to Mewtwo

Weakness: sychic:x2
Resistance:
Retreat Cost: :colorless::colorless:

Maybe you could put a limiter on the number you can use per turn if you have multiple Mewtwo. Bad hand? Try again. And again. And again. And again.
It is a nice concept and would be beastly in Lostgar, giving you a new stock of cards to hurl to the lost zone.
