Vegeta ss4

Iron Chef Leader
Welcome to Top 32 folks, this is where things in my opinion get more fun. The idea of this challenge is to just to test your knowledge of the challenge. I decided to NOT go with a single card, rather a whole idea. Here are the neeed to knows;
1)Format is HGHS-on
2)The metagame is todays current metagame.
3)The goal isnt to neccessarily "win" your games vs the metagame, just to achieve your deck challenge. The only exceptions are the following, 4 corners and Donk. Those decks should win the games, any questions about what 4 Corners is feel free to PM me.
4)The entries are due Wednesday, 19, Oct. Midnight Pacific Standard Time.
Any questions, feel free to PM or post on this thread. Good Luck to all!

Is "damage spread" defined as simply the process by which you do damage to multiple targets? Or is it defined as the process by which you do damage to _all_ of your opponent's Pokemon in play?

A little bit of both, I define it as koing multiple targets.

Bah! I despise the Donk concept as a whole as I feel it's one of the worst aspects of the game. Now I have to build one...

A tank? OK, I think I've got an idea about that one. It probably doesn't win the meta, but it'll do some interesting things when set up correctly. Just need to TecH it out right...

This is a really good challenge.

I'm looking forward to it.

(As a spectator)

Donk Decks are legit Darkwalker.

I agree completely, I just don't have to like it.

Speaking of Donking. Can you give me your definition for a Donk? Am I aiming to knock out 1 pokemon on Turn 1 as often as possible? Or does the deck have to be a "win Turn 1 or lose" concept, akin to iDonk? Some parameters would help out quite a bit.

A donk deck is typically a T-1 win, but it can also be ko after ko against weaker pokemon.

A stall deck is something that you don't see anymore. The basic idea of this deck is to gain an early lead, and basically use cards that can help you use uup a lot of time, or ways of slowing your opponent down to the point they can't ko a thing. Stall decks are sort of "locking" decks. A prime example deck was the infamous Shedninja stall deck a few formats ago.

Vegeta- would The Truth (Vileplume/Reuinclus/stuff) be considered a stall deck? Just so people can put something more modern to the name.

I would consider Ross's deck a stall deck with tank abilities. That deck has high HP, with the ability to never let a ko against them happen which is what makees it a tank deck. But on the flipside, it could be considered a stall for the simple fact you can take a prize lead and win on time. That's what a stall deck is to me, the ability to take a lead and win on time.
