Pokémon TCG: Sword and Shield—Brilliant Stars

Is 24-hour open gaming really what it is?

lol Just curious. Does this mean that the gaming area will be open at all times from Thursday till Sunday? Does that mean that someone could hypothetically just stay in there through the night into the next day? Of course, there's likely to be a no-sleepover policy enforced, but I'm just wondering if someone could just stay there. Wonder if someone could even get away with napping at the tables...

By the way, I do have a hotel room and don't plan on doing this.

Hm, I suppose I do remember someone attempting a record at marathoning as many TCG matches as they could...

It does exactly what it says on the tin: 24 hour gaming is open from Thursday to Sunday :)

You can't camp out there all weekend. I know at nationals some kid fell asleep in the 24-hour gaming room and the convention center called security or the cops on him because they thought he was trying to stay there all weekend.

I feel asleep in the gaming room for an hour or two back in 2006 since I was accidently locked out of my room and didnt want to wake them up since they were playing in top cut the next day ;p

I wouldn't recomend it, its an easy way to get cards stolen!

Yeah, I remember at Origins 2006 I stayed up for 72 hours straight...youd be surprised how long some people could spend straight in a gaming room :p

That being said...I'm sure you could hypothetically nap there. Just don't make a habit of it, because they definitely can kick you out if they think your just living there. If you take a few hour nap at a table when it isn't busy I don't expect much to come from it, but it also isn't that advisable.
