I think MT electrike does too but it's only the defending pokemon so it can be removed and also it's a flip. I could just be making this up though but I have no idea whatsoever.

Wish I'd read that more closely last weekend when my friend used it on me. I thought it was like Empoleon(SF) and I didn't attach any energy that turn.

Also, Duskull SH2 has a similar attack:

[1P] Night Bind (20) Flip a coin. If heads, your opponent can't attach any Energy from his or her hand to the Active Pokemon during his or her next turn.

That is true, but it's always good to provide every alternative. Especially when Duskull SH2 fits into a Dusknoir DP tech, anyway.

An alternative, while not preventing the attachment, is that Electivire Lv.X punishes them for attaching.
