Is there a list of Trainers and Energy that are no longer legal?

Thanks, but that's not really what I'm looking for.
For example, Upper Energy is legal, but it's not on that list (because it was never re-released from an earlier set).
Of course, the answer is to look at the symbols but I'm hoping to avoid that with the Trainers and Energy. (No way to avoid it with the Pokemon themselves.)
As an alternative, a list of all the legal trainers and energy would suffice.
(I would normally just get the list from the Pokepedia, but I just haven't been in a mood to update it for a while now. LOL)

Multi was re-released in Pt I beleive
no, multi energy is now out of format.
PT re-released rainbow energy I think. if it wasn't it PT it for sure was in a HGSS set.
Multi energy is out. It was rainbow energy that is in platinum and HGSS.

DP22 and higher promos are legal. Both Dialga and Palkia X were released as tin promos. The difference is Dialga was printed twice, once as DP17 and again as DP37 in the Spring 2009 tins. Palkia was only printed as DP18.
Diagla LvX was released twice as a promo. NDP #17 and #37. Palkia LvX was realeased once as a promo #18. Only Promos #22 and up will remain legal.
