And is there any Pokemon,tool,trainer,Stadium,ect that gives a pokemon More HP?(Not including Shaymin and snowpoint Staduim)

lanturn prime can change itself into a water type....if that helps

Ninetails MT changes its type. Shaymin X gives 40 more HP to grass types.
