Is this the optimal build for Metal Rayquaza?

I found this deck on reddit, and decided to change the Heatran to a Dialga EX, what do you think? I was also thinking of taking out the Acro Bikes and putting in another Swablu and Altaria.

For my taste, if you want more energy acceleration, I would add a Bronzor/Bronzong(Metal Links version) line for more energy acceleration. I would add a Pikachu/Raichu (Closed Circuit version) as an alternate non-EX attacker. Finally, I would add an Aegislash EX, most everybody runs special energy in their decks. These additions would be the optimal build in my opinion.
