also another thing i hate is when they "SAY" their going to send first, b/c of their low refs but they never did and never will, they just make you hold the cards for absolutely no reason.
Well, thats the same prob as me

U/N; Rayuqaza891
Organised deal; sometime in february 2006 on pokebeach

Now still haven't recieved. (891 was supposed to send first)

If youre reading this: Forget it, my rayquaza's gone to Espeon already. I decided to stop holding the cards in end march. Thats my timeline: 7 weeks. DONT EVER TRY TO ASK ME FOR IT AS EVEN IF I RECIEVE I WILL IGNORE IT

Odd, I've never had that happen to me yet. I'm surprised you are willing to wait 7 weeks before trading the card to someone else! People like that should be put onto a caution trader list, since they most likely for backing out of a trade agreement but not being up front to tell you that they backed out. Also, cards have not actually been sent in this case. The bad trader lists should be exclusive to those who have actually ripped people off by saying that they'll send at the same time but they never send at all (they get your cards since you were honest enough to send), or by making you send first and then they never send out. Out of my 3 rippers, 2 of them actually sent me cards, but they were the wrong cards. They acknowledged the mistake, apologized, and promised to send the correct cards that we agreed on but ended up never sending and then started ignoring PMs. It is people like these that not only deserve to be put on the bad trader list, but they deserve to be tied to a tree and be beaten like a piñata.

Hmm, I have heard that it takes some time if they accidentally send shipping instead of airmail, so that. Anyway, I'll tell them ON HIS THREAD about his rippings. Another symptom of a ripper is that they don't ever PM me or email me. So there. If they PM me its still OK, saying something at least. Then again, they may try to fool me still, so still itll be SEVEN weeks, no more. Ones its been 7w1d I'd do some other trade wif someone else. And even if I recieve I'll just do NOTHING.

I'm starting to get a feeling that Espeon, Kaito and Elevandar (pokebeach) are rippers too. D'ya think I should reduce to 5 weeks?

Something else about 891 is that HE NEVER had EVER sent me his address, on email, PM(beach), PM(gym)? NEGATIVE. So even if I RECIEVE his card I can't send over, and I'll do NOTHING.

Jay, Elevandar (or real name Jordan) goes to my local league and I've even been his house before to trade for a card that I desperately needed. If he's giving you trouble with a trade, I can personally poke him for you. LOL.
Just kidding about the poking part but I can certainly remind him of the trade on your behalf, if he has forgotten about it or is extremely busy.

Have you by chance told WPM about these potential rippers? He is obviously the owner of the Pokebeach forums afterall.

As for the PMing business, they are only talking to you to lie to you and strain the trade out in hoping that you will eventually just roll over and forget about it all. They only way they usually respond is when I keep PMing them myself, otherwise they'll never respond if they assume you forgot about the trade (which is what they hope for you to do).

Usually what some of these people also do is intentionally let their PM box get full so that you have no way of trying to reach them if they don't give you your email address (or if clicking on "send email to" doesn't work). That is the case with one of the people that ripped me. The other 2 kept in constant contact with me until 1 of them became inactive a month ago (meaning he hasn't been on the Pokegym for a month), while the other one decided to give up on replying to my PMs.

Maybe something needs to be done where PMs older than 2 months get deleted automatically to free up these rippers PM boxes? I think anyone can live with that rule, because if I ever need to save a PM (which is wise to do while trading), I save them as text files in Word and store them on my hard drive and flash drives for reference. Plus, it's always great to provide the Tribunal with such documentation of your PM logs to back up your evidence better.

See, this is why you NEED to use the Tribunal!
One of the "rippers" you name states a version that admits an error, but says they have tried to work it out with you. So, that clearly does not fall into the category of "ripping".
So, in a nutshell, take it to the tribunal or don't bring it up!
