iv and legendary pokemon

hello

i was wondering... is there any better way to find a legendary pokemon with good ivs other then just save catch check reset?

since they cant breed lets say i play pokemon black 2 and i go to route 23 to catch azelf. i just need to save the game catch it after 80 ultra balls chack ivs and softreset until i get good ivs ?

if someone has a better way ..

Soft reset is the best method you can do unless you know how to RNG.

Here is a soft reset method that will save you time:

Have a Pokemon that is level 100 that has False Swipe, like Absol (also he will resist Azelf's attack)-
Absol can learn Thunder Wave, so Paralyze Azelf.

Basically any level 100 POkemon with False Swipe and can induce Paralysis.

This is a great way to reduce time and not so many Ultra Balls.

how to catch them easily

scattered mind, my personal favorite is Parasect because It can use False Swipe and also can use the handy little move, Spore which puts the Pokemon to sleep, has a 100 percent accuracy and is more effective than Thunder Wave as I've found and all the official Pokemon guides say but that's just my personal choice.

thanks i may use it too with absol so i wont have to bring them to lvl 100 ( lack of rare candies)
