Surfing Pikachu from the Pokewalker, the only one I know of that rivals this is one caught by someone named Mega Mewtwo.

Note the lack of an above average'ish 25 in the important stat, i.e. SpAtk and Speed. that would complement Hasty.

Yeah, I know that the speed and Sp A aren't good, especially the Sp A. But dual flawless, almost perfect attack and Hasty nature on a Pokewalker Pokemon is hard to get.

I've been trying since I got yellow forest to get surfing and flying pikas, twice daily. >_<;; Lol I have two in Japanese though. And I'm attempting to sr for shiny suicune.
