I'm looking for a value of this card in near mint condition. Keep in mind it was given out in Japan through their rewards system in 2005 (I believe).

Agreed. The ones that sell are usually around $60 on eBay -- I've been watching it for a little while. There are a lot of people who post them for absurd prices, but for the most part, those get ignored.
