I like the changes they made to the Premier Stage, seems more reasonable than the way it was previously.

But is anyone else bothered by the existence of U-League? I don't really get it. At it's worst its just discluding a big portion of the games players, and at its best it's just an extra tournament for younger players, that will inevitably be dominated by 16+.

I'd really like to see premier events in different formats (like Palace or No-EX) also in the rest of the world.

Bothered by it, no jealous of it. I wish we had 4 age groups here too. Masters is way too big. There should be a 15-18 age group that would help to even things out.

Disagree personally. The community at large already couldn't care less about Seniors and Juniors. This just adds one more division that nobody will pay attention to with abysmal attendance numbers due to the smaller size and wrong age group. Not to mention how much it would take from the prize budget. I'd rather they increased the size of Seniors and Juniors a little but that's a subject for another thread.

Has anyone translated the Mew and the "Mirror of Silver Blaze" (Thanks, Google) cards yet? We'll probably never see the Trainer, but we might see the Mew down the road.

Silver Mirror is a card from Megalo Cannon. See here:

And the Mew is here:
http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Mew_(BW-P_Promo_220)

The Mew frustrates me. If it has 20 more HP and free retreat it would be a wonderful card for the game, but as is it's near useless. And the ability. . . why only if it's active?

Prizes
-1st ~ 3rd
Victory Cup
Mewtwo EX Promo
-1st
A chance to participate in the Pokemon World Championships 2013 in Vancouver, Canada.

All participants will receive a BW-P 220 Mew Card for participating and a Silver Mirror Promo card if they win 4 times in a row during the Challenge Stage.

How is the Darkrai EX promo given out?

Why is Mighteyena worth 3 points? it doesn't seem that good of a card.

It traps basic Pokemon from attacking.retreating, which was alright at the time, but now with every good offensive Pokemon printed being basic, Mightyenna can just chain lock them down while Laser kos them coming back into your turn. Even with obvious ways to counter it, it'd be too centralizing, more so then too good.

How is the Darkrai EX promo given out?

The Darkrai EX is given out to those by playing side events and receiving Pokemon Points. You need 10 in total to get the Darkrai EX and for each point you receive a Holo Energy card. Just participating will give you 1 point, and most side events require win streaks in order to receive more points which can net 2 to 3.

I posted this on HeyFonte, but for those of you that aren't on there:

"Results from Battle Carnival 5/4
1st Verizion/Genosect
2ns Darkrai/Hydreigon
3rd Klinklank
4th Team Plasma

Stay tuned for my 6P article on the event including decklists and a report."

(B league)

Palace doesn't happen until Chiba. Chiba's tournament is the only one that lasts for 2 days and the only one that generally has the national Palace Tournament.

@Pokemon_cojp tweeted out the winning decks for Nagoya recently. A-League similar to last week with Kyurem (PLF) + Deoxys EX and B-League with a pretty surprising deck Suicune (Safeguard ability) + Terrakion (NVI) utilizing Silver Mirror.

About decklists, I usually share them if the players/deck makers themselves share them. However, some of the top placing participants in Fukuoka seem to be relatively unknown to the general public which is why there hasn't been any information on the contents aside from the Pokemon.
