Pokémon TCG: Sword and Shield—Brilliant Stars

Jirachi info for those who are interested

No prob ETR, I spent over a week, hatching hundreds of Numels with my Shiney one (it was female, trying to hatch a male shiney one). Hatched over 5 boxes of eggs (30x5=150) before I found out and gave up.... oh well....

The back of the special disc case says that Jirachi CANNOT be downloaded using the Game Boy Player
I think I found a hard/expensive way around this... 2 GC's, and 2 TVs with a GBP attached to one. I bet that would work... anyone interested in trying???

There really isn't any point to that. o_o I don't have a GB Player, but I believe it can't be done because you'll need the disc that powers up the Player and you can't load the Jirachi disc while that's in. And it just makes things more complicated if you don't even have a GBA. :\ Colosseum is definately not a game to get if you don't own a GBA or the Ruby/Sapphire versions.

Just to clarify, you can't run a GBP and a GC game at the same time, period. You can't boot both devices at the same time, and you'd need two screens anyway, which isn't possible. I assume two GBP/GC combos could interact with each other, as it would seem to overcome both problems. No idea if the GBP can use the GC/GBA link cable, though.

OK I meant 2 seperate GC with a tv each!!! One of them with a GBP attached!!!! The other would have the Jirachi disc, obviously.....

I never said using the same GC w GBP!!!!

I just wanted to see if it was possible since the disc case says it wont work with GBP... just wanna see if they are wrong... just to be funny, I would try if I could...

I'm sorry to revive a semi-dead topic. However, I recently got wind that Pokemon Colosseum was going to be released about June 15th here; so no bonus disks for us, for a long time. By here, I mean Australia. I'm pretty sure I bought my game before June 15th, and what if that bug comes around? Is there a solution for us Australians?

Do you have a Gamecube? If so, does it play disks (games) from the US? Basically it 'costs' $5 USD to obtain the bonus disk (via reservation of the Colosseum game) - maybe one could be obtained and sent your way (at cost). :D Then you can pass it around all of Australia ;) (j/k - sort of)

I believe GameStop will be offering a free one-year-bug fix for Ruby and Sapphire cartridges... do you have any GameStop stores over there?

err...
If you have a GBA Player, you can ask somone elses gamecube (neihbor, etc)

I cant all my neihbors are 5 year olds o_o

thanks Swamp 2004... I may try that, but the biggest pain is the 2 TV's that would be needed, they arent exactly very light weight for the most part....

You dont REALLY need the tvs do you? all they let you do is tell you whats going on.

PS: don't use the tv on the gameboy player gamecube because all the gamecube says is *Beep* * Beep*
"loading" "loading"
Its Swmp 2004!

well um... its hard to explain...
Do you have A GameBoy Player? If so, Do you have a Gba-GC link? If not, you can plug in the Gba-GC link (gameboy advance side) into The GameBoy Player. & if you happen to have another GC, you can plug the other side of the GameCube link (gamecube fitting )into the gamecube with the Coloseum Bonus Disk. Put in your Ruby/Sapphirre. after that, turn on the GameCube with the Colosseum BD & have an empty space in your party. DONT TURN ON THE GAME BOY PLAYER YET.

Go to Jirachi Spec. Gift and press A. Do what I said Above. Keep pressing A on the Colosseum BD until you cant do it anymore. Then turn on the GameBoy Player. wait for it to load Jirachi. There you go.

if you only have 1 tv, use the tv on the Colosseum BD GameCube.
