Problem with this deck. Only few the people who have mastered both the die and coin can use it.

Pokemon can knock alot of everything out with two energy.

Souvenir
Flip 3 coins. If 1 of them is heads, put 4 damage counters on the Defending Pokémon. If 2 of them are heads, remove 1 damage counter from the Defending Pokémon. If all of them are heads, put 10 damage counters on the Defending Pokémon. If all of them are tails, remove all damage counters from the Defending Pokémon.

Judgement
Flip 2 coins. If both of them are heads, the Defending Pokémon is Knocked Out.

Pretty much get two energy on what ever you start with and knock out your opponent.

I think this deck might need more draw. Might not need swoop! Might need more energy. But i havent done enough playtesting to find a suitable list. Pretty much unstopable though.
Energy search is a joke. I just don't know what should go in my three slots. I'm thinking battle frontier. But I could just put in 3 scott and 4 BF. That way i can take t2 nite decks.

Admin is good as long as you have more prizes than your oppenent.
copy cat is good, only if your oppenent has more than 5 cards in their' hand. most of the time, ppl play out most of their hand.

I have to disagree with you on that copycat can be a nice card in a lot of cases for the following reasons:

1) if opponent has almsot same cards in deck and less in hand you shuffle yours in add cards to deck if close to deckout and sometimes a better hand

2) sometimes any hand is better than what you got

3) they have five or so cards you have less than that and you can cul your deck down a bit...

if you going to play a deck with flipping go with hoppip and quilfish.... dusclops is just too broken if you can get nothing but heads... then again hoppip alone is insane and quilfish is kamakaze. Go with with what ever floats your boat.

Dude, you're my favorite person in the world for using Delibird . Jumpluff would be amazing if you know how to flip... maybe like a 1-1-1 line or somethin. You could trim down the draw i guess since Birdy has that nice power... GL

Also i decided this deck needs venture bomb. It can take care of those 110 hp medichams that we are going to see soo many of. Venture bomb mos def. Greatest forgotten card.
