- You can easily cut a Skiploom (and your Hop-Skip-Jump lines should be GS-SW-GS), but it doesn't really matter if you keep it in. Claydol needs to be upped to 3-3, and you can drop all 6 of the Cherrim line and replace it with 1-1 Luxray GL Lv. X, 2 Crobat G, 1 Unown Q, and your choice of Chatot MD, Regice, Ditto, or your super secret tech, whatever you think it's the best choice that you're most comfortable with. You're also going to probably want 2 Uxie.

- I would do some kind of split on Rosie/Collector, just to get that energy. Maybe 4/1 (RR-Coll) or 3/2? Take out the dual ball entirely and replace it with Pokemon Communication. I don't really like SSU here, I think you could get better mileage out of them if you swap 'em with Poke Turn. Take out a Bebe's for a BTS. You're gonna want to run 2-3 Warp Point as well, just to get out of tough situations.

- Your energy is a bit high, I would do 4 G/2 Multi or 5 G/2 Multi myself.

Sorry to give you totally cookie cutter ideas but this is honestly how the deck works the best. If you're deadset on keeping the Cherrims and all that I can give additional strategy information about running it that way, but be aware that that's a sub-optimal strategy.
