A situation came up at Pokemon league yesterday.
I had my jungle mr. mime with invisible wall active, and my opponent used Musharna BW's Hypnotic Ray attack. We were a little confused how this interacts with invisible wall.
Does invisible wall trigger first, preventing the 40 damage (thanks to weakness), and then Mr. Mime falls asleep, or is Mr. Mime asleep, so the invisible wall ability shuts off and Mr. Mime is knocked out?
