Well, yeah. Um, I just restarted my LeafGreen cause it got boring after I used a GameShark =P. But I started out with Charmander, and it is now at level 7, and I just got my poke balls from Oak. Obviously I know how to play, [Been playing since I was 6, now 14] and I just want to see what you guys think about a good 3 pokemon team, and you can only pick pokemon that are catchable in Leaf Green, through Cerulean, when you start with Char.

Mine would be:

- Charmander / Evolved Stages
- Bellsprout / Evolved Stages
- Pidgey / Evolved Stages
 
I never really got the point of Bellsprout for a playthrough, since it usually isn't all that strong and its type advantage over some gym leaders is all it has going for it.

Also, my advice is to go grab an Abra (they're close enough to count as "Cerulean") and stick with it. Maybe one of the Nidos, but that's just my preference.

Nidorina Lv. 28
Wigglytuff Lv.30

I just beated Surge.

Teach Wigglytuff BOTH mega punch and megakick. It is amazing pokemon and grows VERY fast (Nidorina as well :D).

dont evolve Rina in queen until lv 40, is my advice. And evolve jiggly at Lv. 20.
