Kanto Champion Music

What's with this music. I keep finding the music all over YouTube and trying to get information about facing the kanto champion, and I've got nothing about it. The music sounds awesome and all, but whats it gotta do with pokemon black and white. Is there an event that'll happen, that'll let you face the kanto champion?

I saw that on you-tube also, and the song description said it's to be used in the VGC finals at nationals/worlds. No clue how he got that info...

To others, an updated sound track of the Fire Red/Leaf Green champion music is in B/W, but it's not used anywere. Someone posted it on you-tube.
