Kanye ruinning taylors moment at vmas =(

I'll be sure to jump up on stage at worlds at yell, "So-and-so deserved it more!!!" and steal your moment, too.

Taking away someone's moment isn't right. Doesn't matter how they earned it, doesn't matter who it is. (Within reason, of course)

I'm not particularly fond of either, favored to Taylor Swift, but that's just not right. Period.

I think if it weren't for Kanye we would all just talk about...something else. I think that's kind of the point, too.

Quick tip - if you can't do it, don't hate. If you aren't selling out tours & making music vids & selling millions of records, don't hate. Don't hate the player kiddies, hate the game.

That is perhaps the worst advice ever, and it perpetuates the "celebs can do no wrong" horsefeathers. We should be able to hate and put down what we want, dammit.

Let's put this in a wildly different perspective and apply that tip elsewhere. By your logic, I shouldn't hate Hitler for what he did to the Jews, because I would be incapable of leading one of the strongest countries of the time.

I think it was probably staged, insofar as Kanye worked it out with the MTV people and they just left Taylor out of the loop.

If I Were a Boy
LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL
if only you were....
Please do tell what you would do if you were.

But Kanye pretty much ruined his rep.
Taylor is bad, but catchy.
Beyonce likes to belt out words to often.
"HAAAAALLLLLLLLLOOOOOOOOOOO. I can see your HALLLLLOOOOOOOOOO"
lol.

First of all, those of you who say Taylor/Kanye/Beyonce/the music of today/etc. sucks, you need to open your mind past their talents. They have each done much for the music industry has we know it today, and each have an important niche in the minds (and iPods) of many.

Kanye West is one of my favorite artists. Do I think he was right? No, but I do think that those of you who know what he's like shouldn't have been too surprised. Personally, I think he got a bit excited and stepped over the boundary line, but quickly tried to pull his foot back. I think that really should be enough. He seems sincere enough to where we should be able to move past it, just like Taylor has (and if she has, then why is there anybody still out there that hasn't lol?)

I really like Taylor Swift too, and I'm proud of how she took the situation and brushed the dust off her shoulders.

Beyonce showed awesome class in letting Taylor take the mic for her speech. In that moment, she did more than just let Taylor have her say. She brought a feeling of sisterly unity that was cool to see there.

And, BTW, Jay-Z's performance was awesomeeeeeeee. Just thought I'd throw that out there.

Those who commented negatively on music as it is today need to chill. To each his own, and nobody asked to hear your opinion on that. And so, you shouldn't put other people's opinions down for no reason.

I just felt like posting how I felt lol. I can't sleep >_<

Yah Kanye is bad. Beyonce is bad. Taylor has catchiness going for her, but there is no reason to ruin her first VMA. If it was her 3rd or 4th then it wouldn't be so bad, but Kanye went out of line.
