So I was using a "normal" Plasma list, with Thundurus, Absol, and lots of special energy as well as several other techs. However, I was not doing so well (overall), especially against Darkrai variants which are prominent in my area. I tried some things, but nothing really solved my problems. So I decided to strip my deck down to the bare basics (never been a fan of Thundy anyway). Kyurem attacks, Deoxys on the bench. Keldeo is necessary to get off consecutive Blizzard Burns, so I added that. My Trainer line stayed mostly the same, but I swapped a few Supporters and added Bicycle. Anyway, after some brief testing everything is looking great so far. I'm not having anywhere near the issues I had with my old list, and with the exception of one game (T2 his Lugia started sweeping my Kyurems) I was able to get a strong set up and win every time. So now that you have or haven't read all of that, here's my list.

Ideal strategy:
- T1 get a Kyurem active with two energies, ideally with a combo of at least 2 Deoxys/Kyurem on the bench, Frost Spear (0-1 prize)
- T2 active Kyurem with 3 energy/Bangle, 2 Deoxys & 1 Keldeo/FS on bench, Blizzard Burn (1-2 prizes)
- And from then on, power up Kyurems using Keldeo/FS for consecutive Blizzard Burns.

I ran the same deck.
Only thing I would consider switching as efyoo2 said is running all basic energy with energy search & plasma energy as your only special in the deck.
With energy switch coming out and no more tournaments in the near future. I would suggest throwing in energy switch or 2
 
@rileysill32 when is energy switch being reprinted?

I dropped the three Prisms for 2 Psychic and an energy switch (assuming it's legal). I figured I have enough water and I have super rod, so I should be good on that front.
Also, I forgot dowsing machine in the original list so that's fixed.

I'm not sure about Shadow Triad? I can get Pokemon (I have Super Rod/Dowsing), Colress Machine (which I always seem to have extra of), Plasma Ball (I get Pokemon out pretty easily), and Plasma energy. That seems like the only use for me, and I don't know if I want to use a Supporter to get back one card.

In other news, I made the following changes after some testing and rule changes. I have updated the original post.
-4 Pokemon Catcher
-2 Bicycle
-1 Skyla (for more draw supporters)
-1 Colress Machine (often dead card late-game)
-1 Energy Switch (e search is more useful)

+1 Bianca
+1 Ghetsis (good tech against Blastoise/Darkrai)
+1 Energy Search
+2 Virbank City Gym (improves every matchup but Virizion).
+4 Hypnotoxic Laser
 
I would recommend running 4 silver bangles since your main focus of this deck is too stream fast kyurems. You expect at least one silver bangle to be scrapped, with the rise of scrapper so 4 ensures that you will be able to carry on streaming fast kyurems. Also I would take out the ghetsis and replace it with a second colress because it improves consistency within the deck and helps a lot late game by being able to get you out of a tuff situation since plasma decks often lose consistency late game.
 
In my area, Darkrai EX, Kyurem (PF), Landorus EX, and Genesect EX decks are on the rise. All of these Poké have 1 common trait: they all can hit opponent's benched Poké. So, I definitely concur with RS32 in that adding a bench-sitting Mr. Mime (I'd suggest dropping 1 Float Stone for this Poké) will more than earned its spot in the deck, especially now that the new rules are in effect.
