Kecleon question

I had another question about Kecleon RR.

Since Kecleon counts for every type, does Special Darkness add 10 and count towards weakness if the Defending Pokemon isn't weak to Dark?

"count toward weakness"?

Special Dark certainly would add 10 because Kekleon counts as Dark type.
What the defending Pokemon is weak to has nothing to do with that.
The card says "counts as....[all types]".
It doesn't say "counts as types that the defending pokemon is weak to".
