If i would have KECLEON RR active and Sunyshore City Gym is played, would Kecleon have no weakson? He is a colorless pokemon, but his body says that he is every type.
 
As long as his Body works, he is not Colorless while in play!
So yes, since he is Lightning type, he gets the benefit of Sunnyshore Gym
