Here we go

Kecleon
HP 80 [C]

Ability Sucker Punch

This Pokemon's type is the same as the Defending Pokemon's Weakness. If the defending Pokemon has no weakness, ignore this Ability.

[C][C] Beat Down 20x

Flip a coin for each of your Benched Pokemon. This attack does 20 damage times the number of heads.

[C][C][C][C] Tongue Spin 80

If this Pokemon has any energy attached to it that provides more than 1 energy,(even by the effect of an Ability that treats energy cards as 2 or more), this attack does 60 damage to each of your Benched Pokemon. Don't apply Weakness and Resistance for Benched Pokemon.

Weakness [F]x2
Resistance [P]-20
Retreat Cost [C]

This is way overpowered, it has nothing bad about it really, a great hp, a great pokepower, good attacks, it doesnt even have a big retreat cost. I think to make it fairer it needs to have more like 70 hp and worse attacks.

Better not have any Basic Pokémon on your bench when using the 2nd attack or your opponent gets free prizes because the majority of the Basic Pokémon have 60HP.

extremely overpowered, i would reduce it's damage drastically... a first attack that deals 20 and a coin flip for each pokemon to add 10 more damage and still would be dangerous...

and tongue flip it's ok i guess...

but it looks like this smeargle can find it's way always to be the best... if benched his first attack makes him god, if lonely tongue spin will ohko anybody and no drawback...
i would make some serious changes, still tongue spin is pretty original!

come to my post and POST! http://pokegym.net/forums/showthread.php?t=146467

You should know that A comes before a consonant and An comes before a vowel. But anyway, it doesn't say anything anywhere about if a Special Energy is attached to your own benched Pokémon that it deals 60 to that Pokémon. It just says that it receives 60 damage.

It just does 60 damage to each of your benched pokemon if Kecleon has any energy that counts as 2 or more.

Hate being all grammatical, but it should state: "provides more than 1 energy".

I'm not going to comment on what Arceus said as last time I did I got an infraction.

Assuming HG-SS on, a sample pokemon set to make this work
4 kecleon (vaporeon's)
3-2 vespiqueen UD (grass shield)
4 Tropius (i think UL, the one that searches on coin flips)
2-2 cherrim UL
1-1 metapod HS
2-2 sunflora HS
With an energy lineup featuring plenty of DCE and grass energy, Vespiqueen's body would prevent the self damage. You guys need to learn to think outside the box a bit more, this card is actually balanced in an interesting way, and makes grass toolboxes MUCH more viable.

Once your kecleon goes down, you can start swarming combee assaults for the last prize or two, or put in some "stronger" grass type to mop up the rest. Doing 160 damage a turn isn't going to be easy to fight off and keep up with.
