So the idea is to use Keldeo as the Main attacker, when pumped up with water energy it can OHKO quite a bit, or at very least 2HKO. Blastoise serves as energy accel as well as an answer to Pyroar. Suicune is anti-Ex shield. Reshiram and Zekrom are there to scare off pesky pokemon, and Druddigon serves as a revenge killer. I am not running mewtwo ex simply because I feel it to be rather unnecessary and I felt Keldeo should be the focus of the deck. Muscle Band helps Keldeo do more damage but also can help Resh and Zek as well.

I would exchange the reshiram and zekrom for 1 mewtwo, and add an N, plus I dont even think the reshiram and zekrom are legal anymore

The reshiram and zekrom are both Legal, they both just got their 50th different print in legendary treasures and they are only rotated up to boundaries crossed. Anyway that doesn't change the fact that they are well out of place in this deck. Perhaps if you really want to use a pokemon with outrage use Kyurem from LT or the newer Kyurem EX i believe from Plasma Blast as it will have a matching type and you will have the option to use the pokemon's other attack besides outrage that way.

Pretty decent Blastioise/Keldeo EX deck list otherwise, maybe drop the energy retrieval count down to 2 and add 2 Super Energy Retrieval and there definitely should be a Computer Search or a Dowsing Machine in this deck.

 

[Walrusaurus]

This deck would get wrecked by Yveltal-EX or Mewtwo-EX. I would put in a Mewtwo-EX to revenge them. You can probably drop 1 Professor's Letter for something else. Switch isn't necessary when you have Keldeo-EX. Want to Secret Sword? Rush In! Want to attack with something else? Rush In, and then Deluge twice to retreat. You're also going to have trouble getting Blastoise out with only 3 Rare Candy and no Tropical Beach/replacements (Delphox XY, Electrode PLF).

Honestly, If I were to make a Blastoise deck, I would run Keldeo-EX alongside Black Kyurem-EX PLS. Even that isn't ideal because of Druddigon.
