STRATEGY: To donk with seeker and kingdra. Smeargle helps with starts.
Regice is against spiritomb starts.

Strategy: to donk? pretty lame but anyway, I would play 2nd bat or azelf cuz poke turn is a dead draw if crobat G is prized.

I like it, seems like a quick King! Mebbe squeeze in some Gengar SF, trim the Kings? Just thinking out loud...
