Kingdra Deck- NEED HELP

this will be my first deck that i play in Pokemon, my friend gave me 3 kingdras and a few good cards and i got myself a structure deck to get some cards and a rulebook.

i pulled an uxie yesterday and was wondering how much do these guys go for since i think i need another one. should i try to get uxie lv x?

is this a good build or is pokemon all based on preferences? i am used to yugioh meaning there tends to be one same build for a type of deck with very little room for preferences.

uxie x go for aabout 20 about your deck i would take out poke blower for 1 rossanes and 1 more bucks because of armaldo willl be hard to hit and 2 more water energys

Keep the deck the way it is, nothing realy needs to be changed.

-4 Drawers
-2 Plus power

+3 Pachi (Easy set up)
+1/1 Cress (Good in all games(Especially mirror matches))
+1 Luxury ball (You draw them better and after you use 1 you can claydol or pump the other)
+2 water (You dont wanna run out and late game auqa stream for a ton is broken)
+1 Roseannes(Late game search for 2 waters ftw)

These are just some of the things I have in my list. But, Pokemon does involve some personal preferance. =]

Don't forget that you cannot use another Luxury Ball after the first time. I say you should go with 1-1 Uxie rather than 2 Uxie because not only does it use less space, it can continue nabbing good cards and Kingdra is a late-gamer.
