Strategy: Its the same old Kingdra. You try to get a T1 Kingdra and go from there. However I noticed that it doesn't last late games since the opponent will place a fire type on the bench. So I then will have to attack with the other Kingdra. Yet draw power is limited due to the rotation of Claydol. So I attempted to solve this problem with Uxie LV.X and Bronzong. The only problem is when you cant seem to get it set up in time. So I need more draw power. Please help with draw power.

Add another BTS. Run 3-1 Uxie. Unown Q is definitely necessary.

PONT is indeed essential for the deck to function. Also more discard retrieval is needed considering Dragon Pump is the main attack in the deck. Palmer's is the only consistent retrieval I see here. Flower Shop Lady is a viable addition and Sage's Training is also a possibility. Pokemon Rescue can be useful but definitely Flower Shop Lady if nothing else. Energy amount seems fine. In terms of draw power either add another Uxie to make 3-1 or replace it with a 2-2 Dodrio tech for draw power every turn. Hope I helped,
