Mightyana = waste of space. Unless you get it out T2 it's just bad because unless this isn't donked by amu it can beat it.

Call is not necesary. I've tested this for a while, and it ruins the water count.

Kingdra needs a LOT of water to discard for its second attack, and later on, for its first attack.

Trust me, I play just about the same list along with my fixes, IT WORKS.

Evolutionator is SO much better than bebe's because it has no drawback other than giving up a
Dragon Pump for a turn, and you still have that leftover card for discarding.

I want you to do well, please follow my advice.
 
No don't play evolutionator. It takes up a turn to use when you can be useing dragon pump which is needed. Bebe is better because you can use the card you got the turn you got it. Your also probaly sacrificeing the card that used evolutionator. Also bebe helps claydol. Also kazam is a better tech because it causes disruption to your opponent.
 
I really like this list as it looks very solid, and seems to have lots of potential.

Let me know how it does in testing.
 
Um yea why do you play that you want to discard energy to retreat because everything you will have active has 1 retreat. Also Brawler told you to play the eveoluitonator TM.
