Kingdra's Weakness

I'm curious why :unknown-k ingdra even has a weakness if it's power stops it? Only way i can see Kingdra having a weakness is if you were playing a two on two battle, and Kingdra was being attacked by an electric pokemon and ur opponeny has :unknown-m uk ex as their other active. Kingdra should only work while benched, rather than it being an oxymoron. :lol:

Well, you just gave one scenario when the Weakness would come into play!
Yes, it usually will not have a Weakness, but sometimes consequences of a card's text don't appear for a few sets when other cards are published.
