So First off I owe huge thanks to TuxedoBlack for coming up with the build. The general idea of this deck was mine, but I couldn't quite figure out a way to combine Krookodile EX and Greninja to make an obnoxious damage engine. Krookodile Ex is the main attacker, Its second bite can 2HKO just about anything when paired with Greninja's Water Shuriken ability. Exeggcute is retrieveable after use of Ultra Ball or Super Energy retrieval and thus to be used as discard fodder. Yveltal (non EX) is for energy accel and for starting. Yveltal EX is for countering fighting pokemon who would bother poor old Krookodile EX. Greninja's ability should only be used to damage an undamaged pokemon so that Krookodile EX can hit hard.

I plan on building this in real life soon enough to see how well it truly works. Unfortunately the online deck building site bebessearch doesnt have Krookodile Ex yet. Sadly it also looks like the most competitive play I'm going to see is local tournaments unless I can find a better paying job before too long so i can afford gas and other travel expenses.

Have you proxied a deck yet and started play-testing? That's something I do to check out certain cards before I actually invest in them. Just need a good color printer to print card-size images which you could sleeve with another card. Great for play-testing and even league play.
